When you arrive at Osborne Hotel feel free to make use of our private Car Park,
which is situated at the rear of the building.
Following a ring of the doorbell you will be assisted by one of our friendly staff
who will assist you in the checking in procedure and show you to your room.
Rooms
All rooms are en-suite, professionally laundered and kept immaculately clean. You
will find tea/ coffee makers, fridges to keep your food and drinks chilled and microwaves
to heat them up.
Wi -Fi is available at request so you can keep up to date with emails and/or browse
the net.
Rooms have a Multichannel Freeview TV ensuring you never miss out on your regular
TV programs or news channels.
Breakfasts
Breakfast is served at our local Cafe where guests are offered discounted rates
(breakfast voucher). Breakfast is at a discounted rate of £3.80. You will
start your day with traditional English breakfast (egg, bacon, sausage and beans)
or you may choose the vegetarian options (Egg, grilled mushrooms, grilled tomato,
beans). All served with tea/ coffee and two toasts. Other breakfast options are
also available at the Cafe.
Check-Out
On the check-out day you are required to check-out by 11 a.m. You will be helped
with your luggage and asked about your stay. If you require a late checkout these
are available at request but may include a charge. Please contact management for
further details.

Terms & Conditions
- All room rates and deposits must be paid in full prior to or at check in.
- Check out time is 10.30 am
- Cancellation - if cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be
charged.
- Children and extra beds - all children under 1 year old stay free of charge when
using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots in the room.
